ANZ Day 7, At Sea (12/27/2012)

We decided to try room service this morning since we were all feeling lazy. It was nice to have our food delivered to us, but I can't say it was any better than eating in the buffet.  Maybe one of these days we'll get up & ready early enough to try the dining room, although Joel, our waiter, says it's the same as the buffet.  After breakfast we went for family haircuts.  I ran out of time to cut M's hair before we left, K's hair is constantly getting in her food, and my hair has been driving me crazy, so this worked out really well!  I was hoping I would get some super creative person who would give me a fabulous new do - my long-awaited perfect style, but that was not to be.  I ended up with pretty much the same haircut I always ask for.  Maybe that IS my perfect do and we just never knew :).  K's haircut is very similar to mine.  We all look great!  Matt and Carson finished before us, so they listened to a little bit of the Thomas Kincaid art seminar.  Once we finished, we all headed back to the room for some down time.

This picture was taken later in the week, but I didn't have a good after picture from today and I knew I had to post something!

Celebrity brought New Zealand customs & immigration officers on board in Melbourne so that we could all process through before we actually arrive in New Zealand.  We did that today.  After lunch the kids want to Fun Factory because the kids were all going to draw their own idea of what the glass artists should make.  They picked one child's idea and made it at the hot glass show this afternoon!  They didn't choose C's (a propeller airplane) or K's (a bowl with Santa on it), but they had a fun time even so.  I love the hot glass show.  I could go every time.  K loves it too.  She even asks questions!  "Did you have to take a class and did your teacher have to help you?"

After the hot glass show, the kids had an ice cream party.  I actually think they do this every day at Fun Factory.  K decided she didn't want to stay, so she came back to the room with us and watched some TV.  I had to go back to get C twice because the first time he was building with blocks and didn't want to leave!
